Join me & Antonia Fthenakis for a transformative day of learning, ritual, healing, and connection. Dive into the magic of cacao with insights into its ceremonial and ancestral use, preparation techniques, songs, prayers, and rituals.

You’ll learn about the rich ancestral history of cacao and how to integrate this medicine into your everyday life for grounding, healing, and nourishment. 

We’ll also dive into how to prepare your own cacao with different recipes, we’ll make cacao as a community, and have a beautiful ceremony, sound journey, and an intuitive neuropathy art session. 

The retreat includes week-long immersion and integration & a 7-day supply of ceremonial-grade cacao, for you to continue the journey at home! 

We’ll connect through a WhatsApp group and have daily meditations and journaling prompts for the 7-day post-retreat immersion.
