About Me

I am Ana, a shamanic sound healer, voice activator, medicine woman, and ceremonial space holder. My work is rooted in native teachings, and complemented by modern techniques to support your journey back to Self. 

I’m a writer, DJ, sound practitioner, copywriter, and student of curanderismo and herbalism. 

My work began with my own awakening and healing— my journey back to Self. What I share in My Medicine Cabinet are the tools that supported me in that journey. The practices that held me in my own transformation. 

I’m passionate about studying, learning, and working with native technologies. In my path, I work with the Mayan tradition from Mexico and Guatemala and the Shipibo-Conibo from the Peruvian Amazon.
